
 | The theme of the weekend of events in May is Remember and Celebrate and a mix of traditional and new events are planned. Deputy Mike O'Hara said: "The annual celebrations are an opportunity to remember the hardships of the Occupation and the joy of liberation." The day will also see a traditional market, cavalcade and live music.
